As for banning alcohol - it would kill a lot of income and not tackle the issue completely.
A no drink zone family area would be nice, with strict rules about behaviour. The ground is big enough. Get some bouncy castles on the concourse behind the North Stand but block off access to the seating area. Encourage families to go on that area away from those that aren't quite as family friendly.
Develop a culture.

What's really disappointed me is the lack of statement from the club after the Semi Final. I know who one of the idiots was who threw a pint yet there has been no way or method of reporting them. It's as though the club didn't care about the incident at all.
