The way I see the Dixon / Cockayne choice is that if we were to win could anyone see BC getting the Lance Todd trophy, I can't but I could see Dixon getting it, he's that type of player.

I'd go with Dixon at 1 and BC on the bench in place of boudebza, harsh on the lad but I think Ben can cover a lot of scenarios.

I can see Charlie losing the battle for full back, with Dixon being there for his X factor, whilst Greeny will lose out to Tilse/Allgood at prop with CC opting for big game experience over youthful exuberance (even though I think he deserves it).

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Cockayne and Donaldson to miss out for me, I want us to go with all our big forwards, Allgood, Walker, Tilse, Green and Puletua all to be in the seventeen.

Tilse should have the game of his life.
It's virtually his one and only chance at silverware after a long career as a journeyman. I expect him to wind the clock back to when he had some big impact.

Yep, I didn't go to the Pies game at the LSV, but the member of The Skein that did said that Tilse pretty much beat their pack on his own.

I responded to a post calling it embarrassing calling him a bigot. I pointed out he is and on the scale of embarrassing things I think his behaviour shouldn't be forgot.
For the record he's on his fourth chance if we include assault, fleeing the police from an abandoned car...and his racially abusive postings. These are the things we know about of course.
Amazing some people's memories.......and morals.
I stand by my judgement of him as a PLAYER bang average and often a liability. Dixon is on another level as a player and I think Chester does too hence his spot in the semi final.

You where right Dixon is on another level :BEAT:

Had a shocker. Clearly went to pieces and should have been taken off. At least to protect him.
Does anyone think having a different full back would have got us a win. Dixon cost us 20 points.
Leeds are a champion team. Their defence killed us. Plus we were clearly overcome by the occasion.

Nice to see our forum has taken the defeat with some dignity. Unlike the hissey fits thrown by our neighbours after their run of recent embarrassments.
Mr feugo is priceless. All the emotional maturity of a 6 year old.
Congratulations to Leeds. Wish could have made an occasion of it. The team and fans were a disappointment.

To be honest i don't mind Dixon the problem with him is he has far to many errors in him and we ain't good enough as a team to cover him,
I'm not going to blame individuals I think the mentality of the club was all wrong they was just happy to be at wembley making up the numbers
