Can’t understand Warrington price structure for this game,the sheer fatigue of the two clubs playing each other won’t help,should have been a tenner a ticket and have done with it

I’m fairly sure the RFL set ticket prices for Challenge Cup games? Either way I agree. They need to regenerate interest in the competition and get people out of their armchair and out to the games. Lower ticket pricing would go some way to achieving it but they’d have to generate better sponsorships to bring in the finance.

A Wire vs Wigan Cup tie shouldn’t need £10 tickets in all honestly and if Wire can’t muster a crowd (and we don’t take a big following) with most people paying less then £20 the cup has issues bigger then I realised.

I agree with you, but sadly it's not the case if you want to fill the HJS today.

I’d say the frequency of the fixture is as much to blame as anything. This is the 20th time they’ve played in 4 years.
