I have seen that other clubs have keep fit schemes, for example touch rugby , walking rugby, over 55 team’s etc.
Does any know wether there is any thing similar at the club? I do know in the past the ground /facilities have been used for keep fit sessions in conjunction with the NHS.
Thanks, any information appreciated
