Have watched flights increase £35 since the fixtures were released so rang Dial A Flight today.
Booked 3 days as well as flights for £708 at the Omni King Edward has they are currently doing a deal at the hotel.
Joseph is the man and I was so pleased that I have suggested he contact MC.
Hope that is OK Michael but I like to reward good service.

Several of us are currently considering going and looking at different options so if anyone finds any good deals then perhaps they could be posted on this thread ??

What I tend to do with expensive trips is pay for it on a credit card and then transfer it to another card that has a balance transfer offer on.

You have to pay a small fee to do it, but you can get 18/24 months interest free to pay it off.

Obviously if you don't pay it off the ridiculous interest kicks in.

If anyone is thinking of making a holiday out of it rather than just doing Toronto, check out the Amtrak.com website, the national rail provider.

Toronto is a nice place but a bit like a chilled out version of an American city. By using Amtrak, however, you could fly into one of the New York airports, have a few days in New York and then get the Maple Leaf service to Toronto. Takes 12 hours but Amtrak trains tend to be spacious and comfy. Could give you more options to make a week of it, particularly with three airports serving New York.

Alternatively, hire a car and have a couple of days at Niagara Falls and if anyone is feeling flush, the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel is worth splashing out on.
This could be the hotel in the One World Travel trip and it's certainly worth it to make the trip special but, there are plenty of cheaper options.

Catalans Sport Tours (CST) are now advertising Toronto trips on here... https://www.mywolfpacktour.co.uk/.. We are looking at going for 7-10 days and making a holiday of it, so are waiting to see what other options CST can eventually offer ? We have done a bit of our own research so far and there are numerous options available. A mate of mine was brought up in Toronto and recommends staying in either Oakville or Burlington, which are both south of Toronto, and either get a hire car or catch the train in, as parking in downtown Toronto is very limited.
