Koh Samui is an amazing place, just off the mainland. Do 3 or 4 nights in Bangkok as it's defo an experience, and then go to KS for 10 nights and enjoy the experience of chilling out and the beaches and the more relaxing side of Thailand. |

I'm seeing lots of people saying that they are looking for cheap breaks, me included. Good luck to anyone who is young, has no home ties and has money to spend on world travel, do it, because you won't get a chance later.
For me I get a freebie few days in Portugal and I'm looking at renting a house somewhere (northumberland, lakes or scotland) for a couple of hundred quid so yes, I'm praying for a last minute deal, either that or fill the car up with that money and re-discover some of the remoter Dales (sounds like a good option). |
