Yesterday we buried a good friend. Whilst at the funeral I found out his daughter had just signed a recording contract, and will be supporting her heroes Random Hand at this years Norwich Punk Picnic.





Sophie Porter, your dad would be so proud of you.

Having a busy night organising gig tickets... Jim Jones Revue in York, 20th April, sorted, Big D & The Kids Table/Dirty Revolution/Upbeat Allstars in Cardiff, early August.. on it.

Going to see The Mystery Jets in a few weeks, so I've dived back into their stuff. I'd forgotten how much fun "Twenty-one" was as an album!

Joe Pugs new album is on spotify. At first, I was taken aback. Then I listened again and love it.



The move to a fuller sound shows how well he has produced the album from his early, man guitar and harmonica focus. And the word playin the lyrics is just as superb.

Been listening to Ben Howard a bit lately, really enjoying his music. Does anyone know when The Stone Roses will announce who will be supporting them?
