Not really a slip up. The second year of his contract was on the condition that he obtained a Macedonian passport which would take him off quota. It looks like he has failed in that so he will be released. No Compensation just released. No error on the clubs part. Not even comparable to the Tony Martin fiasco.

So a hes going to purposely not get a passport so he can get out off his last year of a full time SL contract. He then has to throws himself on the market as a free agent, just so he can get out of playing for Wakey! This at a time when most clubs have made their pre season signings. Does this sound logical? Maybe in your world but not in the real world where everyone else lives!

Chris Walker agreement in principle to join Bradford, throws his cards in at Manly only for them to then sign Ox - maybe there is more to come there too.

Just read this about the Orford deal, very very worrying for bradders, especially after off loading Deacon, as for Stosic i doubt he will be waiting an age for a call for a contract, like i say very strange he knew if he played for Macedonia i believe he would be taken off the quota, so knowing this knowing it was an intigral part of his Waky contract he goes to America for a holiday, please let me know if i have got any facts wrong. not the actions of a fully commited individual, maybe he lives in my world aswell, so is it not possible he could have done this to scupper his deal. the answer is yes he could have, he may not have but he could have......



edit not played for Macedonia but got a Macedonian passport (fathers side of the family) by the way he's had a long long time to sort this out. a player putting himself in a position where he hasnt got a contract, i doubt this was an accident but a ploy to get out of the contract.
