is it? Apart from asertions on message boards backed up by zero evidence, there's no reason to assume Cas have entered into any employment contracs other than the ones they've announced

if - and this is a big if - Martin feels he has a grievance against the club, then the RLPPA/GMB could be execpected to represent him. That might or might not play a part in their decision whether to renew sponsorship. However, the idea that the club would let a potential sponsor dictate playing contracts remain, imnvho, bollix.

Ignoring the fact that you keep changing your tune to suit, how do you know if a project is going to get planning permission before you apply? if all planning applications went through then you wouldnt have to apply, then of course how long will planning permision take even if it is approved, the feasability of the project, transport links etc all have to be studied, then of course you need full permission for the complex in order to get the supermarket money to fund etc.



Any credibility that you had as a poster is diminishing daily.

Upton Cat posted on here about something he has heard, the following day this same bit of news came out in a RL paper, Upton plays rugby watches rugby and is rugby through and through one thing he does not do is troll, but as usual you jumped in with both feet and threw abuse at him simply because your thought process being what it is automatically asumed that because he was from Wakey his sole intention was to troll. All I tried to do difficult as it is was try and explain it to you in brief simple terms something you failed to grasp if that is talking cr@p then guilty your honour, in the mean time you could always try an anger management course.

Fair point but no one wants you to explain anything, as you and upton cat no jack about what is going on with tony martin no matter what at the min, he cant become a cas player!! fact all cas have to do is stick to there gun's go to I.T pay him about 3months wages or maybe nothin!! I mean did he put pen to paper or was it agreed he would sign??? even the I.T can't make cas take him as a player

I doubt very much it would be going to an Industrial Tribunal -- he aint employed by Cas.



The argument will be over breach of contract and whether this contract was verbal or written,the consequences can be the same if the breach is proven.
