I damaged lots of the course, and the beach, and some houses down the right hand side of the 6th hole, I damaged my feet, lost several balls, got soaked and frozen, played on a course where we were the only ones out there and came home with clothes plastered in mud, so yes, we had a good time.



I also proved that a set of 1980s Ping real wood woods are still as good today as they ever were

Last time I played Golf I was doing fine until I reached the feckin' windmill. Do all courses have windmills?

The course we were playing on the Lincolnshire coast did - about fifty of them, offshore, they were whizzing round like aircraft propellors in what was left of the cyclone at the weekend - thats what we played through
