I wish people wouldn't death ride clubs like Salford. I'd like to see them get through this and thrive without losing players. Its not good for the game if any club gets in strife. Sadly Salford alone amongst the sporting clubs in the area seem to struggle to get backing - Sale and Salford City have owners with relatively deep pockets. Before anyone gets too sanctimonious about the way Salford operate, just remember that our club came close to self-imposed bankruptcy not too long ago.
