Yep we looked leggy yesterday , the recent big games took the edge off us a bit imo, Farke made a mistake not freshening up things earlier. Aaronson in particular was shocking, got a 3 in YEP match ratings. Worst I’ve seen Rothwell and Tanaka have played this season, we totally lost the midfield battle. Too open. Also think that’s 16 points dropped at lunchtime kick offs When we did get it into good areas we were trying to walk it in, got complacent after going 1 up. But it’s not a bad result, Sheff u and Burnley will drop points without a doubt

| I don’t see an effective no 10 fit for purpose at the next level within this squad. Aaronson has done a reasonable job despite his deficiencies to bring us this far, but the skip at the back of the West Stand is waiting for him if we go up. If Aaronson gets injured during the run in I would be tempted to play Piroe there as the only realistic option other than Gnonto. Ramazani is not instinctively a back to goal, link type player, he’s more about getting at defenders front on. I still feel we still have enough to go up despite this ongoing conundrum .

that cross for the goal aside james was awful yesterday. no composure, never got his head up once. could have scored in the first minute if he had got his head up and picked solomon out.totally agree about losing the midfield. Rothwell never took his chance, however the baggies midfield 2 fouled anyone who drove past them every time. the ref, who was dire, simply did nothing. rodon was my man of the match and so far my player of the season

100% for me on Rodon as player of the year but reckon it will be Tanaka followed by James. If Rodon had a goalkeeper he could trust he would be even better.
