Maybe the fact GH is back overseeing DoR role is because of Gary tho? Hes mid 60s now, hes stubborn and lost his touch. Hes been great for Leeds but i hope he doesnt ruin his legacy at Leeds. |

Feels like I've wondered into some weird blue and amber Lord Of The Rings reboot. Maligned as he his lately, I do struggle to see GH as the Dark Lord of the Troll legions. Obviously Cas fans would likely disagree. |

But the playing budget is what I was talking about and that has been increased. Yes they've had a really hard time with Covid and poor years on field but they've until now protected the playing budget. |

1st team playing budget i agree Ghost. The junior budget certainly hasnt been protected and could hold the club back going forward. |

Unfortunately for GH, he's in a damned if he does, damned if he doesn't scenario with some.
If he gets the next appointment right (which time will tell), it'll be "Well that's his job". If he doesn't (again) it'll be "It's all GH's fault".
I'll cut him the thinnest of slack, as KS deciding to move on clearly wasn't part of a plan, meaning he had to step into the breach again, along with RA having to move into a coaching role after the Furner debacle that he didn't really sign up to Leeds for.
Ultimately, positive results across the board is what we all want. That's from cleaner to CEO.
