Yeah Pickford couldn't have done anymore... what a tournament he had. Keep that going for his club and he'd be up there as one of the best on the planet.

| Pickford was very good all tournament, it's just a shame he couldn't tip the header past the post in the lead up to their goal. It was a game of very fine margins.

Pickford didn't deserve to loose. The Jorgino save was best pressure penalty save I've ever seen. He handed our boys an opportunity on a plate...!

| I’ve mentioned it before, but despite being obsessed with football til my early 20s when I started to despise the game for all it had become, Leeds and Bielsa and England with Southgate have made the game watchable for me again. I didn’t cry myself to sleep last night but was a little disappointed, a few years ago I probably wouldn’t have watched at all and would internally have been glad they lost (I hated the game that much). Although as i said the subs and subsequent penalty takers for me lacked a basic understanding of psychology and were poor calls, Southgate and his team have been a breath of fresh air for the game. Just a shame some fans can’t replicate their dignity still.

| Spot on Seth and I tend to agree about watching football many years ago.
It was a bit of a joke with over paid players falling over at the drop of a hat.
But the way teams like Man City and Leeds play thanks to Bielsa it has been a pleasure to watch and I must admit at times I enjoyed watching LU play more than I did the Rhinos, only at times though lol.
I will always support teams from Leeds be it football, rugby or even netball and I will always want England to win at any sport.
Let`s hope both England and LU continue to entertain and win matches.

| Agree with plenty said by Seth and Chapy. Such an early goal often will lead a team to try and defend it even if they don’t want to play that way. We just could not get out or keep any ball in 2nd half. Although we seem to have loads of full backs and other strike/wide options, we don’t have many in central midfield to change things or add something different. Ward-prowse was the next cab of the rank, left out of the squad. And tbh not top class.
On a sad note, just seen Mick Bates has passed away. Another of the Revie great squad.

Good news. Most of his big wage off the bill. Be interesting to see who they get as a second. I’d bring in someone to definitely keep Messlier on his toes.

| Great game this football. Racist abuse of players, and apparently 17 police officers injured in violent alcohol fuelled clashes with England 'fans'.
Yes I did say 17 officers injured....wtf!

Whilst all of the above is terrible, what's the scale of those police injuries? Around Wembley? Across England?
Football brings out the worst in people, but a racist is a racist. Nothing to do with football. Same with someone assaulting police. These people are scum and not representative of football. They represent the section of society which didn't know how to behave

| Neco Williams and Harry Wilson for a total of £20 mil looks like a bargain to me.
If we could get our money back on Costa it would make sense going for a double swoop on these two.

| Hmm unsure on those two. I’d quite like Kent or Dan James tbh. Hoping we’re getting a top midfield coming in who can play 8 and Phillips role. Think there’s three signings to come inc a keeper

| Noa Lang seems to be the winger we want. Kent and James look to be down the shortlist. I think we'll only try to get one of them if Costa goes to Valencia

| One of the best in the country in his age group. A huge upgrade on Jack Jenkins.
The U23s just needs another CH, and that should be that squad sorted.

| Agree it is a great signing and the U23`s if they can stick together could replicate the Don Revie era or the golden era of the Rhinos.
Chelsea fans livid.
