He's under contract, and assuming we don't need to sell, then get the absolute highest price you can, and if Everton really want him, they'll pay it. Also, you can't let any other players know that all they need to do is refuse to play in order to get a move.

Yeah we need the money from listening to Phil Hay this morning. Apparently we owe £50m in transfer fees this summer from activity in the premier league.

You would hope that the legal team at the 49`s would have gone through the finances and contracts before they bought the club.
