Looks so one dimensional. Had a chance to put Handley away tonight on a rare break, didn’t even look up.

Strange player to pick out; in my opinion he was better tonight. Look out for his tackle stats he was heavily involved. He’s had injury and illness this year and not been on form previously but that was more like it from him.
Why Roberts didn’t come on for a clearly limping Mom and remained as unused sub just seems odd. Why carry him on the bench if you’re not going to put him on to cover an injury?
I’ve been bubbling about Frawley for a couple of weeks now but tonight wasn’t good enough from him.
Ackers and Croft okay again but way too many flat performances otherwise and whatever RS was trying to do tonight, it didn’t work.

Peter Smith rates him the same as Frawley (5). Although in fairness he does seem to randomly give everyone between 5-7 if we lose and 6-8/9 if we win.

| Yet another game that we were never really in, the Newman interception made the score look better than the performance.
Smith has changed a lot of
Players but we still walk onto the ball and let teams run for miles against us, it simply does not work and won’t work.
Frawley was really poor but like Sezer last year, he’s always on the back foot.
Terrible attendance and frankly like last year I’m now sick of watching this weak, no intensity football.
Like last week’s selection of Edgell, playing Roberts on the bench against a big, hard team summed up Rohan nonsense ball. Utter garbage

| Ackers and Croft were probably the pick of our players and Frawley arguably the worst, but the problem is we are collectively poor. If the team is playing well they can carry an individual having an off day. We have had too many players underperforming too often under Smith.

| I do like Ackers, he has the odd penalty in him but he tackles hard and his distribution is very good.
I don’t know, maybe Saints are a bit of a bogey side for us at the moment but we went backwards from last week despite having two first graders back.

‘Bogey side’ would suggest we are a good team, and just struggle against this one team, who we’d expect to beat at home. Not the case at all.

| Pretty disastrous start to his Leeds career for Mom.. could be injured again. He doesn’t look to have settled yet and looks unfit

| Saints two weeks running was always going to be hard games.
As last year, the manner of the defeats c/ performances is frustrating.
The bench stuff in both is stupid.

| Momirovski on the wing was daft. I've never liked moving multiple players to sort one position. Don't rate Roberts? Fine. Pick someone else there.
But our problems start with our pack. Even our biggest players just aren't physical enough, and none of them make yards when the going is tough. We knew this last year and it looks like more of the same. Ruan has potential and a bit of oomph and would have been better than picking more microscopic forwards.
I've bit my tongue on Frawley, but he really does look as poor as I feared when we signed him.

| And yet it'll (probably) get the paper over cracks treatment if we beat a few of the so called weaker teams until we got trounced by Wigan / Saints again in the league....
