Impressed to with his attitude in the article. Didn't slag anyone off and determined to suceed so wish him all the best. As above, think he's a bit unlucky that he plays in a position where we are well covered.

Good attitude from Kobe, that well stand him in good stead for his career and life. I liked his aggression and commitment. He seemed a bit on the short side though

From what little I saw of him he didn’t look any better than many of the backrowers we have. I suspect he might do better at a club with less options in that position.

He had an absolute mare against Cas when he came on. Obviously not fair to judge a player on one performance alone, but that night is what will stick in my memory when referring to Murphy.

Like some others have said, it's unfortunate for him that he specialises in a position where we have more depth than any other area of the squad.

Maybe it was just me but I thought he came across very arrogant and full of himself in the interview. It may just have been misquoting by the rag but some of the lines I read as him thinking he was a very good SL player already and he couldn't understand why he wasn't playing every week when fit.



I admit we didn't see very much of Murphy but from what I saw he didn't stand out and force his name to be first on the team sheet. He was by far an unfinished project and I hope him all the best in the future but it almost sounded like he thought he was a great already and should have been playing week in week out and when compared to other players in his position he certainly shouldn't. Well not yet anyway....
