| hmmm ... we scored off early errors from oldham and were put in a position camped on their line for push over trys. After my connections went all tits up, did we actually in the game make a clean break?

| Well we got the 2 points. So frustrating we started so well. And looked like we would (and should) have put a big score on them. We just went completely away from our game plan and didn't adapt well to the constant penalties in the game.
Big improvement needed for Sheffield next week.

Cator was superb. An all action type player who got through a ton of work.
Brown was quieter (we have a player called Ebon Scurr who is almost identical to him, short, stocky, socks down) so was hard to tell them apart to be honest.

| Quote charlie caroli="charlie caroli"PP , for what it’s worth , I don’t think the Bulls will be in the relegation battle , that will be between Haven Oldham, Fax ,and maybe Swinton, the Bulls are a decent team , you could possibly get as high as 6 th place ,and in guys like Joe Cator. From Hull you have a great little player, stay positive.'"

| This might sound a bit negative but 3 of the 4 trys were barge overs plus some.magic from Pickers (barring that he had a shocker)
The.only times we managed to break them down with rugby was a terrible long ball to Brown in the first half and Matty Dawsons try being pulled back for a forward pass in the second half.
Im happy with the win just a bit frustrated and wanted to see a bit more attacking rugby when we had them on the ropes. Am i alone in thinking we had an opportunity to put some points on.
Defence looks pretty good tho. Thought we were really strong again.
As a side note, where was every one!?!?!?
Really, really poor following today.
Only just over the hil, a game we were expecting to win and we have that poor turn out? Massively disappointing.

When you put the game on Our League people are gonna stay at home and watch it rather than venture out.

| Be interesting to see how many are there on Sunday for a 6:15pm kick off. I hope all this ourleague exposure is worth it in the long run.

| Being on our league doesn't put me off going but a 1815 kickoff when the boy has school the next day certainly does.

I don't see what the fuss is about with the 6.15pm kick offs. A few years ago we used to kick off at 6pm on a sunday every week.
6.15pm will mean game is finished by 8pm latest. Games in Super League are barely started on a Thursday by that time.

The fact I and others travel 2 hours plus to get to a game means you aint getting home to 11pm on a Sunday night so thats already lost money for the club. Also plenty of parents with kids aren't gonna bother with early start Monday.
With our young fan base now you aren't going to see many who have watched us play late nights too.
