We did really well last night. The first two Wakey tries were scored more by luck than skill and we were unlucky to not come away with the win but I think it was more down to us running out of gas in the last 10 minutes or so and a couple of times where the ball carried tried to bring it closer to the sticks rather than just get over the whitewash.

I've been to every match this season and this is by far the best we have played. If we can keep this standard up then we have no fear of relegation. In the match we created enough chances to have won. We didn't take enough of our chances while Wakefield took most of theirs including half chances. That seemed to be the difference between the sides. A mention must be made about the referee I thought he had a really good game. Yes you could argue about the odd decision but generally he got it spot on. Importantly he let the game flow which made it a really good game to watch. A good evenings entertainment thanks to all involved.
