To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Have just been down to the ground to pick up ticket for Sundays game( all unreserved ) and there is quite a lot of road works going on, along the main road outside stadium turn in.
Slip road down to one lane from M/w coming off from Salford side.
PS. has anyone got any updates and/or photos of the new bridge and new road'
Barton Stretch is down to 1 lane in each direction at the moment and proving to be a major pain in the ring piece.The new bridge is supposed to be open in August
