I stood with the salford fans at the wire v salford game last year. There was no trouble,just one idiot from salford who kept taunting us about how rubbish warrington were when salford were winning 20-12. The same fella not surprisingly went very quiet when we won the second half 50-0 though!

The trains are running a regular service. Manchester Oxford Road-Urmston- Irlam- Warrington-Liverpool line anyway. I think i remember reading somebody saying they werent on and to get the 100 bus from the trafford centre. Not sure which board it was and couldnt be ar$ed trudging back through.



So that would be leaving Deansgate at quater past and quater too the hour and takes about 30mins.

Perhaps you could tell me when we were 'averaging' 4000 for a home game, I presume you mean average over a season do you?? If so, you'll be pleased to know that during the last 10 years our yearly average for a home gate hasn't dropped below 6k. Also, we haven't had a home gate below 4k for the last 10 years, including when we entertained yourselves. Salford, however, have had home gates just over the 2k mark in the same period.



Am I missing something here, or is it the 'souse gene' kicking in. Please enlighten me if you could, simply to put my mind at rest.
