| I thought that once the RFL have secured Catalans in the SL for 2018 he would go to the South of France, lets face it McNamara is just like Agar a dark cloud that descends on a club.

I always thought TS would be a good fit for Catalan too, although I think he'd be reluctant to go out there as he seems fairly settled at Huddersfield.
He's not a coach anymore so would suit a Director of Rugby role somewhere. Salford might be a possibility if Koucash is serious about sticking around. I think Smith is good at building up clubs and putting good systems in place.
If Bradford ever got out of their slump (and Odsal) he could probably help them build back to prominence - but they are a long way from that.

| We'll never prove it and it may be hugely unfair given I don't know the bloke but feels like Smith's downfall started with the appointment of Agar and the shift 'upstairs'.
Be very interesting to see if he goes elsewhere and takes Agar with him in a similar set up.

| The rumour about Agar to Oz is way off from what I heard.

| I think Smith's downfall had more to do with the loss of 3 good props (Moz,Carvell,Wood), 2 good hookers (M.Monas, Higham) & assorted Aussie threequarters (J.Monas/Hicks & King) & a top fullback in Hodgson & a partridge called Lee Briers, all replaced by inferior quality players.

To be fair those players are completely irreplaceable. I'm a Hudds fan, but Lee Briers has always been one of my favourite players. There's simply no way you can never replace someone as great as Briers was.

| Don't think he is what's right for leigh.
If our recruitment is down to him is he the guy you would break the bank for to bringing in his requests ??
Leigh are not far off relegation but also not far of becoming a regular appearance in the super league fixture list. smith would be a risk but a change for him could also be what he needed to get enthused about the game again??
