My first match was the wardonia cup in 1961 a friendly held between warrington and wigan (if there is such a thing) later known as the locker cup

Don't remember too much about it, but 1967 v Whitehaven, then a few weeks later against Widnes, for the latter game standing on the old Spion Kop.
