I noticed he looked like he was running on one leg after chasing back for Broughs interception.
I thought he would be off, and that it maybe a recurrence of his knee injury.
However he stayed on and did pretty well, albeit not his usual threat in the middle.
Hope he plays, only if he is fit.
It looked to me like he was being risked and that the injury would be sorted in the off season.

He limped out of the club after the game so I asked him about it. He said it was fine and one of those things that happens after not playing for so long. He then went for a "Cryo Bath" with Hilly and Ben Harrison. I think he should play on Saturday.

great news thanks,
a fit myler running the middle channels off a Hill or Monaghan pass is something we have sorely missed.

My biggest worry was that he'd be undercooked for the game. As it turned out he did pretty well, made one or two uncharacteristic errors, then settled back into the groove. On song there's not a player in the country I'd swap him for and even at 90% he offers so much he'd be one of the first names on the sheet.
