The 2 signings to be announced are Zane Musgrove & Jordan Crowther. Yes, I know some of you will point out that Crowther's already here. But keeping him instead of him going to Cas is a great signing for the club imo.



The 4 players going on loan to Widnes are Dudson, Hayes, Thomas & Holroyd.

Pleased with the Crowther signing, he's proved me wrong. Is that the end of our signings for 2024 Abe? Dwyer still coming and King coming back?

Musgrove was released last night, so makes sense, he's a bit on the skinny side for me, Props should be built like elephants,

Is Zane Musgrove a better option than Mikaele (I know its not as straightforward than that, just wondering if he can be considered an upgrade.....)



Pleased with Crowther, he's done a good job since he's come in, not a starter, but will do a good job off the bench, will put pressure on the likes of Kasiano, Harrison & Philbin to be on their game to keep a bench spot..

Musgrove has an interesting past if Wikipedia is correct.

AWESOME, I'm very happy with Musgrove. He'll do very well over here, not quite as good but in the same mold as Vaughan. Big guy, plays good minutes, likes and offload and is aggressive.

And Jordy Crowther i'm happy with.....but also confused as to what role he will play giving 11,12 and 13 are filled for next year, unless he will rotate at 13 and Harrison will play prop full time?

But very happy we can keep him

Really chuffed with these two signings. Musgrove is 27 too, so hopefully a few miles left on the clock.



Do we think they'll be any more signings? As it stands, I'm pretty happy with the squad as it'll be next year, though we might be stuck if we loose a few backs. That said though, it's always an opportunity to bring in younger players and hopefully Sam will inspire a few to greater things.

To be fair if we signed the Aussie test squad you probably won’t get many saying they see that as a Wire GF winning 17. (We are all fairly frazzled at this point I guess).
