Hoping for a similar performance to the one a few weeks back, Danny Addy could be a thorn in our side if his loan deal gets extended . I always thought he did pretty well for us , (and against us) however i still fancy us win by 26 .

On The Bulls' forum, Gledders is dangling a return there for Addy. Lukewarm reception to that idea from them. Personally think he did better against us than he did for.



A comfy Leigh victory will be lodged on "Superleigh Predictor" by this party.

I always worry about that plastic pitch.

I suppose we generally have a decent record against Widnes, at least in the Championship.

As for result, I think we win 36-14.

I actually think the fast track of the artificial pitch will suit us but we have to not let the bombs on the last tackle hit the ground if at all avoidable. I really like Atkins in general but he does tend to let bounce more than some other fullbacks.

Biggest worry is always injuries on that kind of surface. We are slowly building (Kia !) but we cannot afford injuries, especially in halfback and forwards.

I think our pack will be far too strong for Widnes.



Technically, Leigh are a very good team and have a direct pack who go forward and eventually get on top.



Brierley would have had a field day if he stayed on but we need a direct Half back willing to take the line on. That could be the final piece in a very good jigsaw.

Agreed Snowy. The first half may be close but we will get on top before halftime.

I think Ben Reynolds has been very consistent and puts some good balls out, and also good in defence. But he does lack that extra dynamic speed and step to really take on the line, and the off the cuff unpredictability that puts teams on the back foot and in itself create space.

Someone on the Facebook page said he'd been to ground to collect tickets & was told we had only sold 300 out if the 700 allocated so far !!!

Well people leave it late as usual and some can’t get to the club so will pay on the day
