Ian, I have plenty of faith in Degsey bringing in players but, we are a little fragile atm, and anymore injuries/suspensions to key players and the pressure could start to take effect. I just remember that bad start in 2018 spending lots of cash, and not making the playoffs. We have a smaller squad now than what we had then. Anyway, I reckon your spine is as good as Leyths.

Derek ,I’ve seen owd books wi better spines than mine , we will be ok yeah I remember when we didn’t make the play offs , I think Derek will remember that season as well m which is why I think he will sort things out soon ,as has been said we are light on numbers and Reynolds must alter his playmaking tactics , but I will make a better conclusion after the Bradford game on Monday .

Charlie! Mr Beaumont has put people in place to sort it. Why do you still dwell on Mr Beaumont sorting it. He may pay the bills with assurances. The only reason Bradford becomes a contest is the lack of squad Leigh have to play.

Atomic , I may mention Derek a lot but I feel we are lucky to have the bloke , I agree Lammy and Chester are now responsible for recruitment which is why I feel Reynolds won’t last long unless he alters his game plan ,Chester wasn’t keen on him at Wakey ,and Lammy didn’t seem convinced in his post match interview.

As for our lack of squad ,I’m happy with the 17 declared for the Bradford game ,and as for taking players from all over the world , I’ve always said I’d sign an Eskimo or a Tibetan Monk if they were good enough .

Derek I know it may seem I’m targeting Ben Reynolds , but he doesn’t seem to be progressing ,is he at Leigh because he was given a 2 year deal.?

We have some difficult games approaching , tomorrow the Bulls won’t lie down , then we are away at York , we seem to have a decent squad out tomorrow , and hopefully give the ball a bit of air , not many points scored today , maybe because of the conditions , but we are at. The LSV so things should be better .

I’m predicting a Leigh win , by 14 , hopefully a happy debut for Hitchcox.

Ian, iv'e always questioned Reynolds at stand off, and we all know that position has to be addressed asap. I'm going for a Leigh win tomorrow with hopefully a good performance, and hopefully no injuries or suspensions. It's alright Degsey saying they are waiting for the right players to become available but, he's obviously got it wrong with Reynolds. I still believe we could have kept hold of a couple or so of players from last season,but hey, after Degsy's massive outburst at the players on the coach after the Magic W/E, I'm not surprised they wanted to GTFO at the end of the season.

I'd be very interested in Jonathon Ford and other Toulouse stars forced to leave through vaccination laws. Toulouse will themselves be looking for players.

I agree Jonathon Ford would be a very good addition to our team ,things seem to have gone quiet on him , who knows something may be going on behind the scenes we are not privy to , the Management will do the right thing when the time is right .

Im glad you agree about a win tomorrow,after last seasons Magic Week end debacle I’m not surprised Derek was livid , the players deserved it , it’s ok secret I’m a Ryan Brierley fan , I would have done anything to keep him at Leigh , I feel maybe Derek called his bluff and was proved wrong , but that’s life , I think Derekis a loyal bloke which is why Ben is still with us , I just feel he offers us very little in attack ,defence , or his kicking game , he is a good goal kicker , but we have others in the squad .
