With board members quitting and no news of the mentioned 2 Aussies does this mean we have totally messed the deal up and effectively just swapped 2 players for one with no quota players on their way. Is there any chance we can salvage some pride from this season.

Irrespective of me or anyone else claiming a refund that is not the point in question, do I take it you feel that the club has kept it's patrons that being those with or without season tickets abreast of what is going on in the club?

It may have passed you by but Leigh Centurions are in the entertainment buisness and will live or expire by the number of people it can entice to spend their hard earned on supporting the club, to acheive this they need to embrace and keep ther target market fully informed of what is going on relevant to keeping the spectators interest going, and especially moreso in these obstructive and trying times.

I am eagerly looking forward to seeing Mr Beaumont's promised article in which I hope he will be completely and honestly open regarding the resignation of a number of Directors, the promised recruitment, the injury situation and either squash the rumours of some player's who are refusing to play or tell us why, and obviously anything else which will be of a positive nature to give the fan's a lift.

And NO, I did not and would not claim back my season ticket money back, you may have missed my post where I said incentivise those without season tickets and allow them entry for a much reduced than the normal price, I would sooner see the terraces and seats occupied than empty, my feelings is many fans would most likely not have seen a live game for a very long time and could so easily get out of the habit completely, and I am sure most other ST holders would have taken the same attitude.

I do not necessarily agree that we are entitled to know all the internal machinations of the boardroom but he could put some rumours to bed without any private/confidential information being released. after all he is well known for his tact

My personal circumstance regarding season tickets is that I knew the cost of mine when I purchased it and was prepared to pay it, now we have a situation where subjectively there are many places in the stands and on the terraces vacant because people are not prepared to pay the full asking price, it happens in most shops where goods aren't sold they reduce the price, and have you ever wondered why on Holiday people pay different prices for exactly the same conditions, simply because it is better to have the travel and hotel rooms occupied by reducing the cost than having them empty.

What I am suggesting is if the club can entice those "stay aways" to return for a reduced admission cost, it could well be a way of speculating to accumulate and they will keep returning when things hopefully return to normal.

Do I take it you are a season ticket holder and would take exception to people paying less per game than you have?

You're quite right, apologies, this is worse than i thought. If sponsors are leaving in numbers it seems there is something rotten somewhere. I did not mean to play this down so thank you for wising me up on the seriousness of this issue.
