I think the design should be quarters incoroporating the current and 3 previous logos, with EST. 1980 somewhere on it.

I have the Fulham logo now thanks to PP. I will be looking at going down to the library this week (awaits jokes about me not being able to find it etc), and will be scanning in the Crusaders logo.
