It's all irrelevant really. The council won't allow them to kick us out so they're stuck with us. We just have to hope to get a decent share of our profits.

Does worry me as a Rugby fan only, just hope the new owners are fair and see the benefit of a good relationship with the Rugby.

I think the big question atm is whether these potential new owners have any credibility. At the moment this is just a proposal being put forward by the current owners (who have failed to back up plenty of big claims in recent months). The EFL will be equally keen to avoid further embarrassment - their 'fit and proper' assessment doesn't seem to be working too well these days.

It was the reaction to last night's statement that just blows you away. The current owners (who aren't trusted due to constant lies) are trusted by the fanbase in saying they've found a fit and proper alternative to sell to. Then the egotistical rants return - 'throw them out', 'increase the rent', 'blue seats' etc etc. When the hatred for another club (in another bloody sport!) exceeds the desire to save the club from extinction and stabilise...



Why would you trust the current owners to find someone suitable? At least when in administration there is in theory someone acting in their best interests.
