Well I was told recently that Colbon would have stayed with us for £30K but went to HKR for £45K. I don't have total confidence in my source but if true then the choice is between Colbon on £30K and Phelps on £60K+ and occupying a quota slot. Mmm.. tough choice....  |

I am fairly certain that Lenegan was unsure whether to keep OCarroll or Colbon as he only had room for one of the two in that respect I would have taken O'Carroll everytime.
As for Phelps vs Colbon....Colbon wins hands down.

I agree with most here, Colbon was never a star, but always gave everything. Would have kept him over other players we have now. Hope he does well at KR.
