I don't know the big issue to be honest.

Alonso = good player who was excellent for LFC and has been excellent for Real

Carrick = good player who has been mainly excellent for Nited

Barry = good player who has been superb for City

Gerrard = good player who has been the heartbeat of Liverpool for years
