Crump looks generous at 7/2 but considering he is usually around the 3 or 4/1 mark Emil Saifutdinov at 8/1 has to be decent value and the one to be on.

Was looking at this on the ITV Betting Tips and they have gone for Leigh Adams (12/1) e.w having won the event in 2007 & 2008 and made the final for the last four years, What type of form is he in do you know?...

Was given Pattern Mark a few weeks ago as an absolute maximum bet but it was pulled out because it wants to hear it's hooves rattle. Runs in the 4.45 at Nottingham and not sure whether the ground will be firm enough, but the money is down (been backed from 11/2 into a best priced 4's) that money maybe each way, but it's a shrewd stable with a good jockey up too.

Good chance of making the final but I think in the Elite League he sees himself as one of the top riders but at World Championship level I think there are one or two self doubts about how good he still is. Saying that going back to a favourite track will boost him and a small interest at 14/1 is not a bad shout.

I've got about 10 selections tomorrow, quite fancy all of them. Going to have to decide the best way to go about backing them. Will probably split them into doubles and trebles.

Yeah, had a handicap single on each Wigan at 5/6 (-12 Stan James) and Leeds at 4/5 (-12 Tote) and with both leading by 30+ points approaching the hour mark should now both be winners.

Wigan to win at Villa is far too big at 5/1 (Coral)

Villa are one of my 10 teams. I thought 4/6 wasn't too bad a price.

I think they are one to swerve and there are much better 4/6 shots around but it is all about opinions.



Just think there seem a lot of Premiership matches that look home bankers and no doubt not all will come in, this is one I can see tripping people up.

It's a game I'll be swerving.



Wigan's away form in the second half of last season yielded just one victory. Villa finished 6th and only lost three games at home during the premiership season.



However, in the last four seasons this fixture has produced two draws and two away wins.



As I said, I'll leave it alone.
