It's reported on the NFL site so it looks like he's gone. I wonder if Bill Cowher will be tempted to coach them as Jason Garrett probably won't get it. It is a shame the players will not take blame for their terrible season as well.

Bill Cowher should steer clear. Jones will want a Yes man as per usual (like Wierd Al Davies) which will never work.
Garrett has it in the interim but he has been terrible calling plays this year. Last night apart from the drive at the end of the 2nd quarter (which was just 2 long plays) they were so inept it is unreal. |

I'm all for trick plays but that's against the spirit of the game and if that sort of thing happens and I'm a defender, I'm going to put in a few hits on the QB without caring whether flags are going to be thrown. |
