It's awful mate, but with the set of idiots at the helm that we do have at the moment, then nothing suprises me anymore unfortunately. Does make me laugh when people on here tried to defend Ashley and co.

The strikers did not get enough chances but still misfired most of them time apart from the odd wonder strike from Oba. As yet only Owen has gone and they don't seem to have signed any players, found a buyer or have a manager. I honestly think they could go down again, hope not but it would not surprise me.'"
Can't really argue with any of that to be honest.
Owen and Oba didn't seem to find the net when they were presented with a few presents , and at other times the service to them was crap so you cant blame them for that.
Oba has gone by the way mate, he has signed for Wolfsburg.
I would imagine Bassong and Beye will be next to leave, both players are good players too who we need, but Bassong wants to move, and was fined the maximum fine possible for not meeting the team to go to Dundee last week.
It doesn't suprise me that we were relegated and still end up in the mess we are at the moment, with Ashley at the helm. The guy is a complete idiot and is inept at running a football club, you know how bad it is when Sir Bobby Robson was quoted as saying that Dennis Wise helped to wreck the club and that he can forgive many people in his life, but wasn't sure if he could forgive Wise for doing what he did to his club.
Still, all Ashley's apologists will still surface, somehow, i dont know. Llambias is a clueless pr*ck and hasn't a clue either and continually tries to make positive soundings from the club, more so recently at how confident he is about a sale going through. Absolute nutcase. |

Didn't realise Oba had gone, so with Owen also gone and Viduka possibly retiring it leave you really light up front doesn't it?
Newcastle really need to get shut of about 10 players and bring in another 10 suited to the division you are now in, it all seems to be in disarray right now. They need to be careful though mate, things could get a lot worse if they are not careful. |
