It was terrible defending for Orient's winner, not even sure their player knew too much about it - looked like it went in off his shoulder from my viewpoint.

I remember seeing David Brown when I was young, if its who I think it is. I'm sure he came through the academy at Man United but not too sure. Anyway, always used to take the mick out of him because he was rubbish

Yeah it is, he scored a few goals for us but 99% of them was either tap ins or flukes and he wasnt very good

although im not complaining as them goals kept us up in the great escape season

Think your getting him confused with someone else. I dont think he was playing in that great escape season, and I also don't think he scored many goals either. I remembering him scoring against Aberdeen in a friendly, but thats about it





Edit: just looked up on it, he was there in the great escape season. Only scored 21 goals in over 120 odd games though.
