| Wish I'd managed to get an E/W patent on those three but had a bit of a hectic day at work, didn't have time to sneak off to the bookies.
An each-way patent for a quid per bet would've returned 44 from the 14 stake.
Although Indian Days would've made a nice E/W lucky 15.

| Rip Van Winkle to confirm the older horses superiority again this year. Canford Cliffs looks the only genuinely class three year old around. Should be a hell of a race. Premio Loco is no slouch either, if he gets a clear run then Moore and Hughes will be hard at work.
RIP Film Score.
Didn't get a good look but I thought he'd just slipped up and wasn't too badly hurt.

| CC by plenty!
Double with Verdant for me tomorrow...
Despite the fact I've had a word for Bowdlers Magic in the same race...came straight from the mouth of the fella who rode it last time!
Might do a r/f/c just in case.

| Remembered why they call it 'glorious' Goodwood now....easy money again today.
Fantastic spectacle was the Sussex stakes...2 top class horses both being ridden to perfection by two top class jockey's. That was some performance from Richard Hughes and Canford Cliffs, picked up and went past a very, very good horse very easily..

| Too many runners in that Galway Plate (ie. the two that brought Nedzer's down as he was about to challenge).
Sad that Don't Be Bitin' was PTS after his fall in the Plate, saw him down at Colm's in January, gorgeous horse and had struck up a real rapport with Mikey Fogarty
Two I really really wanted to back tomorrow both go in the 5f Sprint - Starfish Bay from the USA though the price is now too short and Astrophysical Jet who I was really impressed with at Newmarket and think that 5f is her ideal trip, will be a group horse at the distance. Was expecting 10/1 and 12/1 so not keen on taking 6/1 and 9/1.
