I firmly believe that English beer is more complex than wine.



Some you like....some you don't, some is better drunk on certain occasions or conditions or with various foods, some tastes better in some pubs than others, heck it even depends on what mood you're in as to which one you'll prefer. Long live the English pint

At home I either drink Innis & Gunn or Meantime London Porter depending on what mood i'm in.



When i'm out i'm usually on Landlord, whatever real ale catches my eye, or German hefe weiss beer.

I like the odd blond beer in the summer months, and a nice session beer like black sheep, pedigree or taylors or whatever when I feel like having a few - at the match, for example! Nothing too strong though, they can be nice but they aren't really the best choice if you're having a few.

Strangely, I've never been to a beer festival - dunno why!

Because your scared of the missus thats why.

We'll have to get you down to the one at Vic Hall at the end of summer.
