| Listening to Matt Ellis on Radio Leeds discussing naming rights for the East Stand, and he's keen to let supporters have a say.
It'd be easy to name it after a legendary player, but which one? I'd skip that, and instead call it the Trinity Legends Stand, and have a Legends themed corporate area...maybe along the lines of the 'long room' at Lords with boards for notable achievers and images of notable players. I went to Sunderland years ago and they had huge banners with photos of the 1973 FA cup winners hanging down in the concourse under the Stand...something like that might work.

I agree the blocks of seats could be named after players too

| If we are just naming the stand, it should be the Neil Fox stand. Just no other option.
However, I'm very much with Agbrigg about the way we respect our legends inside the stand. Sts have a similar thing and they do it at Wembley too.

Like both these ideas and also maybe "areas" inside that could be named after players???
Even small teams do the legend thing....
My hometown team of Torquay United have pics/murals etc inside the main stand - there's even a tribute on the wall to Bryn the Police Dog, who bit one of the Torquay players and in the ensuring injury time allowed Torquay to equalise and stay in the league and relegate Lincoln City.....

I think it’s just extending the fact they have brought in everything else from us player wise, so why not the stand.

Others might argue it should be the David Topliss stand, or the Jason Demetriou stand, or the David Fifita stand...I just think there are so many past players who deserve recognition it would be unfair to single one out for the honour and that honouring them by effectively 'inducting' them into a team of legends might be more appropriate.
On another note, we could have the Chris Kendall Urinals.

| The other players are very much worthy of recognition, but none of them are in the guiness book of world records.
I'd happily give another area like the North Stand over to the David Topliss stand.
But I imagine a vote would be unanimously Neil's name.
But that's why others need to be recognised elsewhere. The flats have some great pictures in there, it's just time to carry it over to the new Stand.
What I'd like to see though is pictures with words to explain why they are important.

| Obvious name is Neil Fox and I wouldn't have an issue with that, but as others have said there have been many players who have made a great contribution to the club. Something more inclusive is a great idea.

Agreed, the main stand should named after Neil Fox. Nobody has done what he has in the game and nobody ever will.
But there is certainly scope for honouring other legends of our club around the ground. The Derek Turner North Stand, The Harold Poynton Suite, etc. A great way to embark on a bright future by acknowledging those that got us here.
