Just managed to get round to watching all the Easter games.



Must be 1st time Tom Johnstone has ever been collared following a clean break.

Thought that myself Wollo.I was shouting 'go on Tom' - felt like the end of an era.

I thought he was away and gone....but Dufty was it? Appeared like the Easter bunny out of the proverbial hat

I don’t think he was ever cleanly away, he was always having to work to beat another cover defender , changing direction etc

Dufty was too fast for most of the players in Australia ,Great signing by Wires ,Think that is the main problem at Wakefield no speed , the slowest team we have had at Wakefield for years

And that's why Murphy and Max being out is such a big deal, and why Smith has to play.

When both played in the first game how many tries were scored by the Catalan wingers.

And we scored more tries against Catalan than anyone else apart from Leeds when they did their big comeback.

Are you on about the one where Dudson ends up punching him? Because that one yeah he was stumbling and swerving etc. The other interception he seemed in open space, but like I said Dufty seemed to appear from nowhere......

To be fair, the Jowitt try was a nice one, but the others' were just barge over ones from close range? I agree we have missed Jowitt, and a fully fit and firing Tanginoa. But I agree with other posters, we are too slow all over the field, both in legs and mentally. Seriously, even if we'd have had Murphy on one wing and Addo-carr on the other, they'd have been lucky to have a couple of tries between them the way we have played!!
