Shame we are not changing all the back room staff as well . A whole new approach to training is needed let's hope the new guy is not just a yes man . A mixture between kear man management and Powell's training would be nice

I don't mind the idea of having an assistant who is a half back. Not Schofield but that is where Agar and Webster were good. As assistants doing the technical stuff they worked well, just as Orr and Sheridan are.

It's a weak link for us and I can't imagine Dickens or Gilmour are the guys to change that.

i think that not having a change of backroom staff will not help the incoming coach. usually top coaches like to bring in people they already know and have worked with. hows the saying go "A new broom sweeps clean" i hope whoever comes in can work ok with existing backroom staff and gets the best out of them.

From what I've heard Stuart is good and did most of the work day in day out. But as for Gilmore no one really knows what he does . Maybe get rid of him and bring Jamie Rooney on board a. A half back who is currently cutting his coaching teeth at fev lions and doing a good job. He's local knows the club . I think he would make an excellent addition to the back room staff
