There is clearly huge discipline issues at the club.



Once more the club is trying their hardest off the field but the lads on it just think they can do what they want when they want.



The tail is wagging the dog and there needs to be a culture change at the club, but that takes time.



The process had to start now though and the club need to put their foot down by setting an example.



Repeat offenders need to be gone, they clearly have no respect for the club.

The only way we change that is by taking a hit on those players refusing to fall in line.



It may affect results short term but never a better opportunity to clear out the ringleaders whilst Leigh are in the league with so little time to prepare for a SL season.



If the club don’t act the culture will never change it will just continue to be a destructive cycle.

Probably quite a lot that you would disapprove of. RL players are not the brightest of lads, and many come from poor backgrounds.

Does culture not come from the top? Are the management too lax in giving players too much leeway?
