Think he'll be a good signing for you, he's a good player, not bad kicker, and gets through a lot of work in attack and defence.



Never quite reached his full potential at Cas, and has had a lot of off field problems, which led to Cas dropping him for disciplinary reasons earlier this year, think the writing was on the wall from then.



If you can get his off the field behaviour sorted (he really likes a beer) will be really good signing for you.

I think the way we have dealt with/continue to deal with Tansey could be key to whether or not we see Westerman (and any others) toe the line. He won't have far to look to see what the consequences of any off-field antics are, so hopefully we'll sort both of them out at the same time. Alternatively, if Tansey still doesn't behave, getting shut of him will prove a big point so that others can learn from his mistakes.

Think if Westerman is willing to work hard and learn from Fitzy etc he could well be a better signing than first thought.

Great addition to the squad . A ball playing No13 from Cas ! The last one we signed from them went rather well.

He has a long way to go to compare with knocker though!

He can also cover at 6 if needed.

I`m sure some of our senior players will help him behave.
