I may have explained this before, but i'm Hull born & bred and was kind of coerced into supporting Bradford by my stepdad, up till that point my biological dad had taken me to the Boulevard on a couple of occasions, and Wembley in '85.

Its called greed. And i rated gareth raynor as a very good player and there was no one more delighted than me when he came back and signed for us for a second time. BUT, these are professional players doing a job thousands and thousands of men and kids would love to do. Wearing the shirt that all us fans long to do.



So if this so called professional can not conduct himself in a PROFESSIONAL manner both on and off the pitch then he doesnt deserve a chance to play rugby league, let alone for this club. So if it is the end of gareth raynor and hull fc. Thank you for the memories but it serves you right. As for any other sportsman that doesnt know the correct way to conduct himself. No sympathy from me.

Agree totally that his head isnt in the right place regards to playing. He is still the best winger at our club when focussed imo. (Briscoe is still developing and Calderwood is great but not the class of Raynor)



Shame we wont see him much though imo.

Agree 100%, no place for him in professional support, fairly disgusted we have stuck by him to be honest, and arrogant, ignorant, violent and racist individual.

Weighing Everything up, I think that its very likely that he will probably never play for us again, because in addition to all the above very valid reasons he is back on the treatment table, and has only made it through 4 or 5 sessions since the end of last season. He is way off fitness and will not be until at least a couple of months into the season! He is a great player and no mistake, although he is always on the edge of controversy, but he's back in court in April and allegidly in big trouble! He's already been in trouble once when the club stood by him and I wonder if they would do it again, should the worst happen in April.



I know he is a big favourite for some but I honestly believe that the best thing that both the club and the player can do is come to an agreement and decide to go their seperate ways!!! If that were to hapen then luckily for us we have at least got a current England International to play on that wing!



Of course as always for the moment at least just my opinion!

What ever happens to Raynor , I don't think the fans will miss him that much tbh. I like the player but the last couple of seasons ,he's either been injured or completely wasted and starved of any possession.

If the worst does happen and he doesn't play for us and he does get sent down i wonder how long it will be til Hudge and Morgs are tracking him.
