Simple fact is we don't play an expansive enough game to utilise our backs, you only have to look at the game against leeds where we pretty much ran it through the central ruck area with one pass at most or decided to pass to lauaki or manu for a can you please conjure something up please as we are struggling moments.



Imo when we do play expansive we look bloody dangerous even with the back line we have but for whatever reason we seem to hold back.

yeah it does depend on contracts as i said in an earlier post, just think goulding has got great potential, and on enquiring i dont know, you just never seem to hear us been seriously linked with anyone, yeah sure the odd rumor, and if the players we have are good enough out wide, is agar the problem? i really dont know, but like most us i would like a top addition

Just to play devils advocate why would we hear about been linked to anyone? Why would we alert other clubs to players availability by broadcasting that we are speaking to specific players?

I don't think there's anything wrong with it but it can be improved by better, IMO, younger players.

owen would be useful,as he can play fullback or on the wing ,but he prefers fullback and i think tansey has that position wrapped up,so can't see owen coming as backup.plus owen has to get over his bad injury 1st.

i've always liked him,he has a good strike rate.his problem is that wigan are well blessed in the backs,so he's missing out at the moment!
