I agree some talent coming through in their age groups but how many will we see make it into regular first team football.
Impossible to say but it wont be many.
You have to get a strong confident first team squad before anything else and drip feed the odd younger player into it so they are playing in a confident winning team.

Think we can add Sutcliffe too, but yes I agree, was hoping Griffin might work out well there, but that doesn't look likely so need to add some quality in the backrow. |
