Think I am up around 1200 in total since 1961, but certainly not in consecutive games! Back in the seventies good cup runs in the Yorkshire, Floodlit, John Player and Challenge Cups could see you playing 45 games in a season. But thats a fantastic feat for anyone and he deserves the accolades he is getting!! |

Especially when you think of some of the rubbish we have had playing for us during certain periods and some of the sh*t holes we had to go to. The man deserves a medal!!  |

| Absolutely totally agree there
On the point about games in a season you can see why without the M62 we chose our away games carefully back in the seventies I only went to 7 or 8 a year but we played plenty of games as well in fact in 1971/72 although we had a poor season we played 47 games!!! |
