If we get chase and holdsworth, plus 2 decent props and a reasonable full back, then the side will be transformed. Throw in bateman and things look better again, even if we do lose tickle .



I don't agree that mcdonnell is as good as mckinnon, but at least he wants to be here

McKinnon had moments of class, but he often had the odd brain-fart. I'd prefer McDonnell on the whole. At least he won't get homesick. Besides, there are no decent FB's around that are OOC. We know what it's like to force a player there.

It can't just be me that wouldn't be happy with McDonnell. For me, he would have a lot to prove if we sign him.

He doesn't appear very safe under the highball, and he's missed 18.5% of his tackles attempted this season.
