Im not likening him to Korkidas I was highlighting one of his big hits on Korkidas before his injury last season.

Sorry Huch, Kingy's passion is still what I hope he keeps every time he pulls on the b&w irregular hoops-----He's fit this season and just watch him after a few more games. I do not think any of our lads have lacked discipline off the field in the recent seasons, but certainly I have seen a few games were a lot of them lacked anysort of passion for the game .....check back posts for those games,I know you are well able, and see how fans complained then. The first few games have the adrenalin surging through us fans, so obviousely it's going to be there in the team....I least, I for, one hope it is. So again, I stand by what I said, Hope Sharpy remembers what it's like to actually run out to play for the FC....(I remember those days, even if he's forgotten them) and we'll have some good wins this season to make up for our disappointing last year when we suffered with too many injuries......grannyfan Cindy

I can see he didn't have a great game - I even commented to my mate at the game to that effect. What I don't understand is why you feel the need to have a dig on an open forum after one game when the guy has been out for a long time and probably wanted to make an impression. So, I'm off my high horse. have you parked yours up as well?

But there is no need for the attempts of a big hit every tackle he tries to make. Probally 1 will come of every 10 attempts with Kingy and we lose plenty of yards due to this.

The one decent tackle he did make, he ended up laying on and resulted in a penalty!

What about the one on Fielden? As I said before that took him out the game. As for the laying on, it wasnt like it was bad discipline, he just stumbled when getting up fell back onto the player while trying to regain his feet.



Also I think the reason he wasnt brought back on was due to him having pain killing injections in his shoulder to play, with Dowes, Radford and Cusack all playing out their skins, there is no point risking injury to his shoulder.

Did it ?

I didnt notice Fielden do anything significant in the second half, and just after the hit, he sure looked startled, half time couldnt have come sooner for him.



Also I did notice some players avoiding Kingy after that hit, they was changing their runs when they realised that they was going to run into him.

Correct had trouble with his AC joint in his shoulder, training ground accident with dowes i believe

the reason wasnt that,sharp didnt want him to go back on cos he was to hyper
