Upon becoming a moderator, is there an initiation ceremony?

If there is an initiation ceremony, does it involve masks and dancing?

How are moderators on the VT chosen?

Do current moderators aspire to moderate the VT?

Is there a Stuart Cummings type person keeping you all inline behind the scenes?



What are the grounds for being dismissed as a moderator?
